Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Liyo Activewear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • To start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges Want a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Please note that return postage for exchanges is also the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover the return postage and send you a replacement or full refund straight away.
